/ proposal that I have been a "subject of interest" from the moment I disturbed their "establishment" ..succeeded & worse; QUIT their system and made it alone, time & again, being "odd against their establishment odds...going through Hell but kept on going... and now "International Protection" may help me be a new version of ME being a human BEing again..

1. Ref Application section 8 (*supporting documents)
Already supplied
- Copy of UK birth certificate, which I obtained through post (payment 16 pounds was the cheapest I could afford) however, this was NOT considered proof of I D or any use at all in obtaining any forms of support in UK, for myself. For me that further questions my origin (of I was adopted at birth.
- Copy of “Emergency passport” .. The British (F.O.) Pro-Consul at their embassy in Podgorica visited me, in the “Spuz asylum centre” (armed guards & razor wire, no privacy, bad condition…dirty, over crowded bunk – bed dorms.) where I had NO contact with “outside” (I sometimes translated for other “inmates”) with the chief inspector *(Marija) of the centre, to offer me a deal, to issue me with a “emergency passport” which she proposed would a) get the remaining cash out f my bank, *as they took me with officers from “Spuz” b) get me “deported” and they would provide me with a stamped copy of said passport to be used as ID to open a new bank account , get my pension money (0verdue since more than one year)
- However, as with the “birth cert” this was untrue, ON ONE “believed” the copy proved my ID, especially none of the UK banks , I had asked to have a flight direct to Ireland, but their rested on “protocol” agreed between MNE & UK govts to return me to UK. Also the passport office in Liverpool would NOT accept a cash payment for a new passport & would only make appointments if prior agreed online, via a mobile phone which I did not have..
I tend , due to historical experience, to believe that the UK govt knew I would have such problems, which would keep me occupied with sheer survival, rather than opposition as a “virtual enemy of the UK state”… and without funds , I and my F & U n.g.o. would CONTINUE to be neutralized …
2. The documentation proving the foundation of “F & U n.g.o.” was stolen on 23/24 July 2024… was inside a locked samsonite briefcase, I have accused an Attorney; S. Jovanovic within the 20 + claims made at the Bijelo Polje court & his “agent” Mr. Lukic, of instructing 2 either bogus or corrupt police-attired robbers, to steal ALMOST all of my bellongings, documents (in Briefcase) claim dossiers v UK, USA, France / B.R,D & France, clothes & furnitiure, and many emotional souvenirs that had survived many incidents (including a painting of my deceased wife; Jacqueline. (I am widowed since 2005) & “International Round Table pennants etc, etc ”
n.b. MNE “policemen” could be “bought” for as little as 10 Euros, working class salaries (inc bus drivers or construction workers etc) was between 300-500 per month!
3. I offered your staff at IPO the original train/ferry ticket & a “discharge note” from Dublin “Mater hospital” (A & E) concerning the infection caused whilst enslaved in Liverpool (10 weeks of 10 hr shifts without day off,2/3 hrs sleep per night) after which I had managed to obtain cash to pay for the travel ticket to Dublin by painting a neighbours kitchen (in next street to said (backpackers) Hostel.
4. The “interview document” supplied to me by your I.P.O. staff seems incomplete, on reflection, and I would add that the death in “unexplained circumstances” of family; both parents, wife, son, sister, the disappearance of both brothers, & dramatic death of close “friends”… is worthy of note.
5. My social media I.D are numerous & were often deleted or changed by myself if restrictions & bans blocked my opinions being repeated by “associates online” I had several websites “bombed” internet café servers “crashed” almost every time after my use, recent names used

…. From this are numerous “strange/unexplained coincidences or incidents… that DAMAGED or INTEFERED with my daily life /career/vocation/F&U n.g.o. …E.G;
(1) … after a “Wine & Spirit trade benevolent banquet, (between 1983-1986?) I was violently arrested in north London, (driving a car registered in EIRE during the “troubles” & bombing in London pubs) .. immense police action to roadblick the “north circular road” to arrest me.. fine 1,500 GBP & 18 months driving ban, affected both my private life & travel for my Group of companies,…
(2) Was blocked from travel to Baghdad after organizing 5 bus loads of European demonstrators to be stationed at schools & hospitals as “humanity shields” pre invasion/bombing.. told I was HIGH on C1A/Mi6 “list” for co-operation with an ex USA military activist (his name escapes me for the moment…J…

I fully contest the opinion of your Minister of Justice,..example the case of journalist ; Mr, Assange, for whistleblowing (& telling the TRUTH, as I KNOW IT) about dirty deeds & black ops of the USA/UK “agencies” … recievd 10 years in Belmarsh Prison that his family pleaded for release and retraction was the only way stop further PERSECUTION, added by the UK govt!
YES, I know there is Persecution of “opposition” by the UK govt & its “Establishment”… especially if not “in the club”..
ALL true Irish people MUST know this, from your own history,…
That “The English way” is not to publicly shoot their perceived enemies.. but to DESTROY LIVES, slowly “killing softly” removing support (as Thatcher did to the whole LIVERPOOL-Irish community too) to destroy credibility, careers, vocation, to select those they PREFER to identify as “guilty until & if proven innocent” (Birmingham) by which time lives may be over!
I have denied their nationality, publicly, told them so, many times, I have lost all those who they can hurt, they only hurt me, and they do… I accept my “status” as an “enemy of their (fascist) state.. it is not the country or society MY parents fought to protect during & AFTER ww2… (my mother was regional sec of the Labour party, BTW) the “establishment” never really felt comfortable with a a “Lad made good” from a socialist family & social housing background, being more intelligent than all of them combined.

In Liverpool between deportation 5th August & for the next 3 months I DID NOT EXIST, I even made an ironical short video “as a ghost (“spook”) “ which I posted on social media to provoke a challenge to the UK “status quo”…
- NO “universal credit” (I was homeless & without funds)
- NO medical assistance, not even able to make an appointment with doctor or social services.
- NO new passport (no cash payment) ..no accepted documents
- Therefore NO bank account
- L & G (pension fund ) staff even wrote to me at the LIVERPOOL address, asking me to PROVE I was there (how ridiculous can their tactics be) the same people would not send me my pension via other methods such as western Union, KNOWING I was at CRITICAL status!
9. .. Section 4.1. I was considered “the Best” strategical manager in the world, a “natural organizer” inventor of “eco-logistics” …with numerous “lifetime achievements”
10. …. Section 4.3 * I was visited by English consul in Freiburg (U-haft) He told me to “co-operate”… I replied..”Why? … your UK govt is aided by B.R.D in killing civilians, persecuting the weak, or opposition, imprisoning refugees (here too) and you help the germans damage MY life here!
11. ..Section 5.5 … upon arrival at Dublin port, I told the immigration officer, immediately, “I claim POLITICAL Asylum” and “I apply now for Protection by your Irish govt!” … he would not believe me, & because I was sick & exhausted, he drove me himself to Mater (A & E) hospital where I have stayed without proper meals or sleep SIX days until yesterday (20 November)
12. Section 5.13 … I was (cowardly) attacked (physically) THREE times in Podgorica, whilst NONE of the 350 backpacking visitors that stayed with me during 10 years of hosting, EVER got attacked.
13. Section 6.2 … (hole in “employment details”) ;

Today (241122) one week after the “Leaving of LIVERPOOL” (Folksy footy song) I went on the bus from the “open REFUGEE camp” … to town… walking through “OUR FAIR CITY” >>> … my legs started wobbling, as if I had been on the Ale all night! …
Some shooting pains, & it reminded me how the 2 doctors at Mater, sped past my list of symptoms, and minimalized the (non existent, after all) “Treatment” …
I was “day dreaming” asking myself in my thoughts if the “rumours” of my IRISH birth are true…??????
Was I indeed the SON of a shamed girl of a rich catholic Irish family, who became pregnant, & gave this baby to a nice couple, Bill & “Pat” (Nancy) SMITH, much beloved, whom I simply called “Mum & Dad”…
I always LOOKED, acted & FELT “Different” to the rest of my SMITH family…although I know THEY loved me..and brought me to adolescence in a GOOD way..!
Mum explained daily life problems to me, as if I WAS ADULT!
And…I think how friendly Mark the bus driver was & is to me.. (will join his Saturday walkers tomorrow morning)… his friend Kevin coaches the local youth team , must have a look there….
I took off the RING… and went looking for the pawn shop.. I wanted to get a little present for “Nurse Maryann” of the Mater A & E recption staff… who gave me support & …food during those 6 days of waiting… no food service there …
It has gone… and the “help centre” at Merchant quay seems to be a “drug addicts haunt! “ from dealing with the “Embassie” regulars… its no fun ..because they don’t even see you when they / alcoholics are “GONE”..!
Whilst looking for the (Henry street) Central Library a lass stopped me (Naomi, claiming it was her birthday..) to tell me about her “Dog initiative” ..she asked “do you like Dogs?” and, as I replied “not even with chips” she (USAmerican?) was “insulted” ,,,I said “I am joking” I love all animals even the 2 legged ones…
I sang her “happy birthday” instead of the 20 euros she was hoping for… me , I haven’t even got 20 cents! .. some reason for hocking the ring… don’t know what its worth…
Anyway came back on the “Free bus” and will try again Monday but a bit depressed that I didn’t have some cash to buy Maryann a present of go watch the lads Sunday afternoon in a pub with LIVERPOOL-Irish atmosphere…

…exhausted on way back…doc fains felt like a collapse…stopped every few metres..

07,.45 walked to ( Island street , 9) help centre, Mario,, at doc, no return,.. place for tent… etc etc free phone homeless (same as guy who refused, 1800 ? 707,707 ?
Stayed at table, long brekkie & early lunch (rice too) …
