AFTER 2 weeks HER uncle needed the holiday apartment she opened to me
SO her BOOKstOre colleague (Jasna or Rosa) founf me a small room with shower unit in a suburban family’s house!

The Landlady decided she didnt want my Laundry in her wash machine, any more//AND:  the  bathroom-shower-toiLet got infected with flying insects! 

b) met frenchy guys leaving Pg … offered me the small <exPensive rent , doube the room> house they had rented, 2 bedrooms, but I had no visItors>.. at that time I had not started hOsting CserS! (in TOLOshi disrict) …

this ended when , desPite severaL cOmPLaints the owner did nOt repAIR A Large Gap AboVE THE LIVING room window...a FIERCE RAINSTORM fLooded the living room;  TV exPloaded and carPet sOaKed … I rescued my stuff and luckily my LaPtoP, the idiOt Owner seemed tO bLame me, so as it was end Of the Paid month….

c) A cafe waitress directed me to a studio aPartment in DRAX district of Pg …
normal rate, near station, toLd owner he couLd make it a hostel, he did later…

ended ..when I returned from a weekend away, , clearly owners son had used the Place…

UntIl … THE husband of the faimiLy booked the dorm that I had PreviousLy reserved… desPitre 2?3 good years , he just CHANGED and did not care abOut me…

During that time, however, I found a “friendLy” taxi driver, who never tried to cheat me, and told me…

The son: Pedja was fruiendly , sometimes we sat and drank a rakja together & I paid a modest rent aLways in advance. Even though I onLy Knew PeDja< hIS Family and staff at ObaLa  Cafe_Pizzerija Offered extra Cash Per mOnth to OWN THE smaLL hOuse, adding to cash Paid evey month>> for 10 years. With signed contract…!  All good..also had Csiung viisitos and Pedja gave me keys to check on his apartment when he was away!  UntiL:

 

I asked Ivanovic for a receipt>>as I had g9iven him cash..> soon after he was making excusses, I said I wouLd stop the agreement….and returned home from Pg to find the locks CHANGED//

 

Borko got my small Personal stuff out and left it on the teerrace of the ® football coach of FK San Siro (Spuz) where I had trained with , played and sponsored 2 soccer schools for kiddies..

I had helPed the coach with a small loan he was repaying with “termin” sessions at the “Spuz football balloon” his famiLy owned.. he had  a small aPartment in Pg< near the station, so I moved there , and also managed a “cadet” class team (teens) at the balloon in Spuz ...Until;

F)  R , once he considered he had repaid the Loan, stopPed Paying the (old Pre me) biLls for electric and they cut off the Power>>.

I switched my trAiNing to TOLOshi ( FK KatuN) and tOOK a b & B roOm nearby .>>
I was Later infOrmed that coach ® had financiaL dIfficuLties< had stOPPed cOaching and was wOrking with internationaL bus tOuring cOmPany Bozor!

G) AFTER 2 NIGHTS in The b & b .>i had a dRink With The manager .WHO IntRODUCED Me TO  ALEKSA RECEVIC ( HIS FAMILY fRom BieLO POLIJE) HAD BuILT % houses in the nexT close>>the ground floor of his house was empty< I could rent for  ONE hundred & sixty pm
no furniture< so for the first time ever I could fit out my home as I liked>>

bit By bit I filled it < beds< guesT bed<living room fUrniure couches< cHairs< kitchen units < rugs Etc etc>  not all nEw but good standard< and planted trees in My GarDeN!

THERe WERE SOME PROBlEms but a warning from an advocate (I consulted about ivanovic previoyusly) joied a meeting with RECEVIC AND I CARRIED ON AlwAYS PAYING CASH IN ADVANCE!

After that Lunch I came hOme (!!) and was Locked Out! .>>!
a note On door saying in the morning I couLd coLLect PersOnaL iteMs during 5 minutes!

That nIght I toOk an exPensive rOOm iN nearby city quarter (25 eurOs) but did nOt sLeeP<
I was at Recevic dOor before 07h ..> “serGey” came to taKe Me tO his hOLiday hOme at the cOast .>

* had to walk  to Radovici (12 kms) or 10 kms to Rose (thenm ferry to HN) to shoP
* noisy & ignorant tourists , parked infrom of my window!
* off season no shoP Or resttaurants, at all.

J) during winter I got sick. From MOL:D ; the bedroom wall was bLack, Photos taken>.

(he agreed & to some other conditions)

untiL Ukrainian migrants were being subsidized so he wnted me to pay more than 250 pm

2. Perovic & wife Marina had renmted to neighboiurs on both sides , On ShUIft worK aT PotOfinO RestaurAnt, WOKe ME at 06H IN mORNINg AnD After midnight.

 

So I agreed , aLthough Nejbosa was ok, to take over a Little house at CUMbo///but its a ruin
I have sPent  1`2 days CLEANING, WASHING 7 FUMIGATING:

EVERY SURFACE, WALL,S, KITCHEN < BEDROOM, FURNITURE< MATTRESS, BEDDING COVERS And noW I cAn SleEp  (4> jUlY 2023 ) FoR THE TimE bEInG>>
