Background/recent “history”

 

* 1995 xxxxx woke up from a week long coma, which may have been “meningitis induced” or poison!

* Previously was high level “confidential Strategic manager” (Global network)  &“security projects”

* NA TO benefited from his 7 years invested in satnet & media comms from a KIEV base.

* xxxxx argues that NA TO / USAcorp owes 500k euros, having :dropped out : in 1995, april/may.

* xxxxx has volunteered since May 2000 launching non profit initiatives, charity & sponsored youth.

 

MONTENEGRO

 

“Found” on route to Ghana, February 2010, after some social events related to sport, started to organise his own initiatives; sponsoring junior soccer schools,  managed a “cadet’ Team, & assisted a girls Dojo, in Podgorica.

 

It took several years to achieve such relationships, xxxxx was attacked, it seems for supporting radical opinions, equality, with minor injuries, at night, unidentified assailant, local police helpless.

 

 

MAJOR problems “coincidentally” after MNE joined NA TO!  In brief;

- Ivanovic.P locked him out of the house he was buying in Danilovgrad! Xxxxx asked for a tax receipt?

- A soccer school trainer provided a Pg apartment, but then failed to pay electricity.

- The next “Landlord” in Pg, betrayed an agreement, xxxxx was unpaid HOST of many “backpackers”.

- xxxxx still managed to maintain some social & sporting association & prepared a “YOUTH academy’

 

CORONA period 2020/2022

 

* lockdown halted all initiatives, stopped  hosting of visitors, no football, his TEAM were engaged in other aspects afterwards, had been sabotaged before.

* THE young Landlord, after 2 years plus of renting, joined the Pg police force, then decided, after xxxxx had been knocked off his bicycle by a car, nearby, to move his parents to the house xxxxx was renting, & despite having 3 rooms full of his own furniture, and paying the rent, as usual, in advance, WAS again LOCKED out, given 5 minutes to recover “basic items” by the young policeman Aleksa.

* a football contact; Michal Spevak, (a..k.a. agent Sergey) offered xxxxx a small holiday apartment from May 2021 as a long term contract, although more expensive than Pg, lack of shops, and only expensive locations of Miriste/Zanjice.

* However, in August 2022, having been offered more money by MNE state, to house Ukrainian migrants, forcibly removed xxxxx despite a HN lawyer supposedly protecting our clint (The same happened in Pg, with Ivanovic & Aleksa Recevic)

this time “Sergey” who worked for Slovakian M.O.D /NA TO, had :HELP: from his Budva buddy AND a HN policeman.

* xxxxx belongings were left on the terrace outside, whilst Hn police detained him for unconfirmed reasons.

* After 15 hours, HN magistrate let xxxxx go, as he was a “ghost” as far as immigration mattered.
* However A. Recevic had his passport? His application or a travel journey to go to stay with relatives in Dublin,, failed?

 

And now F&U n.g.o. can no longer help… homeless?

complaints registered with ECHR, ombudsman, UN, Police Director,  & local advocates, without result.

… most of THE  population of “monty” remind me of the scene in :gladiator:  whereby the crowd applauds HIS brutality, & he spits at them.. (for they are cowards & spectators only)..

 

 

 

or  kid who  arrogantly cycling should  shout “look no hands” as they muddle &  cheat their spontaneous way through  corrupt society where cheating is “normal”  most, rather than object against the fraudulent ministers or business exploiters, just wish they were the same..!  .> but like the kid, when they hit a big bump in their road, which everyone will before 2030, they will think its an accident & cry : “ I was hurt pleasing myself, as everyone does it here!”

 

  selfish adults here are no more than bigger FUBAR  versions of their own spoiled brat youth!

..of course they don’t want my academy to show their kids the truth!

 

….NEARBY my F & U refuge-E centre is a typical Monty “bus stop” (a new fangled idea !  ) ..

“hidden” just off the main road behind a tree, (for shade? ..well its only in shade for about an hour !)

...the tree obstructs view of the road!….

Thus bus drivers may be excused for whizzing past would-be passengers ...who cant anyway see an advancing  bus from the :shelter: so cant flag it down… !  

 

Why?  Well local govt & their BIZ sponsors don’t really want people who take the bus, such are unlikely to frequent the expensive coastal restoran, caffe or bar, are they???

 

..of course you wont see a bus timetable at that, or any shelter,  only some tourist marketing /advertising or a notice board telling the locals who has died!

 

I n the first years of being based in capital Podgorica there were no bus stop shelters … I eventually realized that groups of ppl “hanging around” by the side of the road, were not drug dealers .. but “that” was where the bus stops!!!!  ( a few years ago KIOSKS were built at these locations, so that they could sell you ciggies or sweets, crisps, or drinks… whilst you wait..and wait!)

 

...INFORMATION?      Ha ha ha..!

 

Most “service staff” were obviously trained by Stasi or KGB NOT to inform , especially not foreigners /tourists! ?

 

Once , I asked about the train times to Belgrade (at the main station “info” office) ...the reaction was as if I had just said “ I have EATEN your children!” …

another time 2 others in that office just sat drinking coffee & smoking, glancing at me as if I was insane expecting them to talk to me!

 

When I wanted  to go swimming at BAR (Sutemore beach) I asked at the main bus station, next door, when buying a return ticket “ what time do the buses return this evening?” the girl said “ check at the bus stop in Sutemore!  … that evening I could not even FIND a bus stop in Sutemore, (schedule? Huh!) ...luckily some one else was : hanging around : too/….

 

 Another time< I risked the train to Sutemore station > being easier to find but almost got stranded at the coast,  the last train back (20.30h) to Podgorica (an international ) was cancelled, but no one at station, staff all at beach, I grabbed the last bus just as it was leaving Sutemore by running full pelt back down to the main road!

 

And why should the electric company staff their office in Danilovgrad when its sunny and everyone is at the beach? 3 times I called at the EPCG office & read notices saying “office closed today, be back>….” ..my Neighbour (PI) managed to track down an engineering crew having coffee at a nearby apartment block, only cost me 10 euros for their BEER, to get electricity connected that day!

A POSITIVE aspect of Monty <python> life .>was ..PRE CORONA BS! …

a) local buses WERE CHEAP & frequent!
b) drivers would stop en route & pick you up, if u waived at them, anywhere..
c) when there were “pauses” in the bus schedule, local drivers heading in (or out) of centre would take you, at bus ticket Price!

 

Mind you this  sometimes got ridiculously lazy for locals who would expect to be let off EXACTLY in front of their houses, so often 3 people living next to each other would leave the bus within 30 metres!

INFO ..about anything was scarce or unreliable, I always warned my visitors not to believe what had been quoted on the internet ...about anything in “Monty” //  /?/RECENTLY I visited  the HN tourist office & asked one of the 2 girls sitting there chatting to each other//” could you please tell me if there are any concerts coming in the next weeks to HN?” /….. reply “  NO, dont know…. You should ask at the town hall office by the park (I knew where that was..IT WAS CLOSED) …

CAREFUL

 

When using local “markets” shops & stores…
*  DISCOUNTED or “cheap” products may be out of date, or difficult to open, (factory error)
*  check out s ofte have “DIY tipping”  beware non locals, as 20c or so, might get deducted from “change”

CORRUPTION

 

is not “exceptional” in Monty, its a cultural normality,  I considered buying a cap to wear marked “Bankomat” (ATM) as that is how locals tend to see visitors, even long time (“foreign”) residents!
Of course they do not consider themselves racists as long as YOU have money to spend on them , and white faced refugees are welcome (as they are funded externally)  the only brown faces are those who spend their time on the beach!

 

Monty NMUST be the most dis-organised region of this continent, BUT,   the tables & chairs at restorans, caffes, bars etc MUST stay “in order| its Teutonic, if you want to provoke a local waiter, move the table & chairs..!!   Ha ha ha
